Our clinical trials and research

Research and clinical trials at Icon Cancer Foundation

At Icon Cancer Foundation (ICF), we fund vital clinical trials and research, improving cancer care and helping us find new, better and safer treatments for patients.

We support independent, investigator-initiated research led by researchers and clinicians across the Icon Cancer Centre network. Through these trials, we evaluate innovative new therapies in real-world settings.

Our research helps answer key questions:

  • Does this treatment work?

  • Is there a better treatment option than what’s already available?

  • Are there any side effects?

  • How can we improve the quality of life for patients?

By supporting ICF, you’re backing a team of researchers across Australia who work tirelessly for people with cancer.

Our goal is to build Australia’s leading private cancer research program — expanding access to innovative trials, closer to home, for as many patients as possible.
